Tilde Mouw

Tilde Mouw is a Minneapolis native, San Francisco-based singer/songwriter, music producer and artist. Her indie sound pairs thought-provoking lyrics with acoustic guitar and electronic drums to create energetic, emotional songs. Her music evokes the influence of Phoebe Bridgers, Kimya Dawson, and Neko Case. Her songs often tell a story, drawing audiences in with humor and irony, as she paints a picture with her playful, sweet voice. Tilde Mouw began performing in the Minneapolis music scene at the Twin Cities Underground, a youth concert venue in Uptown on Lake Street. She drew an audience that would sit down quietly on the dance floor while she played original angsty teen ballads and off-beat comedy songs on her 3/4-size classical guitar. Soon after she formed a band, Really Rosie, a guitar-and-voice girl duo, also bringing audiences fierce angst and humor. Tilde Mouw wrote and produced the romantic comedy opera, "Love and a Lion", which premiered in the 2008 Minnesota Fringe Festival and later wrote, directed and produced the musical "No Catharsis", for the 2013 Minnesota Fringe Festival.Her upcoming EP release is entitled "Ulterior Futures", coming out November 30, 2020. https://www.tildemouwmusic.com/
