Tone Damli

Tone Damli Aaberge is a Norwegian pop singer and songwriter who first captured the spotlight in 2005 as the runner-up on Idol: Jakten På En Superstjerne. That same year, she released her debut album, Bliss, which included the hit single "The Bliss Song." Known for her smooth pop sound, Tone’s influences range from Jeff Buckley to Joni Mitchell, with a style that blends emotive ballads and catchy pop hooks. Since her Idol days, Tone has built a successful career, earning chart-topping hits like "Fever" and "Butterflies" (which also earned her second place in the Norwegian Eurovision finals in 2009). Her albums Sweet Fever (2007) and I Know(2009) both performed strongly on the Norwegian charts, with the latter spawning popular singles like "I Know" and "Butterflies."
