An underground folk artist.
As we delve into Vita Levina’s world, she delivers an intimate folk, where jazz influence blends with the sounds of Americana. Vita Levina draws from the palette of emotions that we all experience at some point in our lives, and when a song evokes a darker state of our soul, she brings clarity and light in return. We get easily carried away by the unique warmth of her voice. It’s been a long time - years have passed since the young woman left her native Lithuania. Building a new life in France has been a strong inspiration for writing songs that grew into a project of making an album. Vita Levina’s debut album “It’s Been a Long Time” is out: produced by Yoann Marra, mixed by Jordan Kouby (known for his work with artists like Hindi Zahra and Imany), mastered by Mickaël Rangeard (who notably worked on Iggy Pop's album “Free”).
