Vox Angeli
Vox Angeli was a French classical crossover group comprised of six kids ranging in age from ten to 13 whose self-titled album became a major hit in 2008. The group, which was assembled by Sony BMG on the preexisting pattern of Angelis, was comprised of Louis-Alexander Désiré, Etienne Girardin, Iris Lambert, Claire Conruyt, Mathis de Ruyver, and Lola Béris. Their debut album, Vox Angeli (2008), charted in three countries: France (where it peaked at number two on the albums chart), Belgium (number four), and Switzerland (number 29). Though the group proved popular with consumers, critics were generally less impressed and the project was disbanded in 2010 after the release of Irlande, its fourth album. ~ Jason Birchmeier, Rovi
