Ways Away
Vocalist Jesse Barnett (Stick to Your Guns) teamed up with guitarist Sergie Loobkoff (Samiam/Knapsack) and drummer Jared Shavelson (Joyce Manor/BoySetsFire) in early 2019 for some melodic post hardcore. 2000's debut LP was followed by several singles and in 2022 by their sophmore album, Torch Songs. The band has toured North America and Europe with appearances at Fest, 2000 Trees, Vainstream, Pouzza, Jera on Air, Full Force and more. In 2023, they were joined by bassist Chad Darby and are currently putting the finishing touches on LP 3 and eyeing a busy future on the road. Photos: Ryan Johnson
