Wyatt McCubbin

Wyatt McCubbin is a Nashville-based country singer, songwriter, and recording artist whose music is rooted in the timeless songs and stories that first drew him to country music as a kid in southwestern Ohio. After spending years as a songwriter in Music City, McCubbin has written songs recorded by Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Riley Green, Jon Pardi, and Zach Top, including Zach Top’s breakthrough hit “Sounds Like The Radio.” Now stepping into the spotlight as an artist, McCubbin follows in the tradition of songwriter/artists like Don Williams and Kris Kristofferson, bringing a distinctly personal, down-to-earth perspective to modern country music. Produced by Dave Cobb, McCubbin’s debut album, 650, marks the beginning of a new chapter for the songwriter-turned-artist. Released via Cobb’s Lucille Records/MCA, the album was recorded live to tape at Cobb’s Savannah studio and embraces the imperfections, warmth, and honesty that have defined country music for generations. A lifelong devotee of country radio, McCubbin made his Grand Ole Opry debut in May 2026 at the invitation of his friend and mentor Marty Stuart, who also appears on 650. In 2026, McCubbin is touring with Zach Top on the Cold Beer & Country Music Tour, before joining Luke Combs in 2027 for the My Kinda Saturday Night Tour.
