Raised in the vibrant streets of Amsterdam, Giancarlo is a DJ/producer who goes by the stage name Zilla. As a creative who takes pride in his roots, the versatile Dutch-Surinamese talent aims to preserve and promote the cultural heritage of his homeland by the means of introducing it to global audiences. While his early days saw him focus mostly on house music, Zilla quickly realized that both his interests and his background would take him far beyond just a single genre. This epiphany eventually lead him to focus on developing his musical knowledge and experimenting with different sounds - a journey that shaped him into the eclectic trailblazer that he is now known as.
