A homegrown, underground soul night.
The Toledo Show is a long-running and highly acclaimed Los Angeles performance led by soul singer and dancer Toledo. Known as "The coolest Cat working in Hollywood," Toledo combines speak-easy jazz, funky bass lines, and smoky R&B vocals into a dramatic cabaret experience. His unique style has been described as a mix of beat poetry and acid jazz, drawing comparisons to artists like Tom Waits and Barry White. A former choreographer for major stars like Janet Jackson and Paula Abdul, Toledo brings a high level of showmanship to his music career, which evolved from the underground poetry circuit into this choreographed madness that has become an urban legend in the LA scene.

It is a cabaret-style performance combining vocal rhythm with choreographed movement.
The performance takes place at Harvelle's, located at 1432 4th St, Santa Monica.
Tickets are available for purchase on Mood.
