Hi-Fi Night School: Global Studies Romania

Hi-Fi Night School Year Three continues its Global Studies series with an exploration of Romanian music and culture. This listening session, held in a dedicated hi-fi space, features Elliot and Lucas of Pop Overbite Records. They will guide the audience through Romania's diverse musical landscape, from traditional folk ballads to post-socialist experimental works. Pop Overbite Records is recognized for championing rare and overlooked global sounds. The evening is paired with regionally inspired libations and presented through a high-end bespoke OJAS speaker system and Accuphase amplification. Proceeds from the event support local school music programs, combining cultural exploration with community benefit.
