Wiener Schule trifft Wiener Schmäh: Um die Kasse seines „Vereins für musikalische Privataufführungen“ aufzubessern, ließ sich Arnold Schönberg 1921 Unerhörtes einfallen. Thomas Guggeis und das Boulez Ensemble beschließen die Saison mit diesen schwungvollen Bearbeitungen von Johann Strauß sowie Bergs Kammerkonzert von 1925, das im Pierre Boulez Saal erstmals zur Eröffnung 2017 erklang.
