Founded by Jen Shyu and Sara Serpa, the initiative is a non-hierarchical mentorship platform that empowers musicians of historically underrepresented gender identities. The festival showcases groundbreaking artists across jazz, creative music, electronic, experimental, and traditional music scenes through collaborative commissions and a radical model of mentorship.
