Shovel Dance Collective, a nine-piece ensemble, performs an intimate live concert within Delcy Morelos’ monumental earthwork installation, origo. Their work explores traditional music from Britain and Ireland, blending folk with drone, improvisation, and field recordings. The performance is set inside the Sculpture Court installation, surrounding the audience with earth and spices to reflect on themes of landscape, labour, and shared history. Primarily floor seating is available, with limited stools provided. No food or drink is permitted within the installation except water.
