Black Flute Brigade celebrates their debut LP release on Leaving Records with solo sets and full ensemble performances. Tickets on Mood.
Black Flute Brigade celebrates the release of their debut LP on Leaving Records, much of it recorded live at 2220 Arts earlier this year! Each flautist will perform a solo set, followed by the full group. Unmissable! Black Flute Brigade (BFB) is a Los Angeles-based flute collective redefining what a modern flute ensemble can look and sound like. Composed of NOAMZ, B~Free, Aaron Shaw, and Jon Ta Douglas, the group blends contemporary R&B, soul, hip-hop, jazz, and popular music through original arrangements and reimagined interpretations.
