This three-day intensive workshop, led by Gugulethu Duma (Dumama), explores voice, movement, improvisation, and electronic processing. Rooted in South African vocal traditions and experimental composition, the course is divided into three distinct sessions: Body as Archive, Improvisation and Future Folk, and Electronic Voice and Performance. The workshop is open to singers, performers, dancers, composers, sound artists, and writers of all levels, with no formal musical training required.
