NYC-based trailblazer has become an essential voice in the North American underground electronic music scene. Known as a techno producer who has her own “unique and innovative sounds” - RA, Julia has most recently been featured on Bandcamp Daily as the best electronic music producer and in a glowing review in The New Yorker that called her talent "beguiling" and "rare" and that her music "fills the mind." She is the founder and curator of the music record label JUJUKA, and is a resident at The Lot Radio in NYC. Govor has released critically acclaimed records that have garnered widespread recognition. She has collaborated with esteemed artists such as techno legend Jeroen Search and avant-garde composer Kamran Sadeghi, further solidifying her position in the industry. One of Govor's most iconic moments came through her closing sets at the legendary Tresor club.
