ALGEMENE INFORMATIE: – Lockers zijn aanwezig en te huur op het terrein. – Vertoon van een geldig legitimatiebewijs is verplicht. Een kopie volstaat niet als geldig legitimatiebewijs. – Early bird tickets geven alleen toegang voor 15:00, daarna is het niet meer mogelijk om met dit ticket naar binnen te gaan. Let op: Dit evenement is opgesplitst in twee delen, waarvoor je aparte tickets nodig hebt: – Vrijdag 18 oktober 2024 dagshow van 15:00 – 23:00. – Vrijdag 18 oktober 2024 nachtshow van 23:00 – end. SEALED TICKETS: – Vanaf heden werkt Thuishaven met Sealed Tickets, wat inhoud dat je je tickets pas kort (24 uur) voor het event begint kunt downloaden via je orderbevestiging. Koop je tickets alleen via betrouwbare platformen zoals onze eigen website (ticketprovider Tibbaa), Resident Advisor of ticketswap. Dit zijn de enige tickets die je toegang garanderen tot onze evenementen. Door het kopen van een ticket en/of het bezoeken van een evenement bij Thuishaven, ga je akkoord met onze huisregels en algemene voorwaarden. _____________________________________________________________ – ENGLISH – GENERAL INFORMATION: – Lockers are available and can be rented on site. – Presentation of a valid ID is required. A copy is not sufficient as valid proof of identity. – Early entrance tickets only give access before 3:00 PM, after that it is no longer possible to enter with this ticket. PAY ATTENTION: This event is split up into two parts, for which you need seperate tickets: – Friday 18th of October dayshow from 15:00 – 23:00. – Friday 18th of October nightshow from 23:00 – end. SEALED TICKETS: – From now on, Thuishaven works with Sealed Tickets, which means that you can only download your tickets shortly (24 hours) before the event starts via your purchase confirmation. Only buy your tickets through reliable platforms such as our own website (ticket provider Tibbaa), Resident Advisor or ticketswap. These are the only tickets that guarantee you access to our events. By purchasing a ticket and/or visiting an event at Thuishaven, you agree to our house rules and general terms and conditions.
Is the ADE Friday event at Thuishaven split into two parts?+
Yes, the event is split into a day show from 15:00 to 23:00 and a night show from 23:00 onwards, requiring separate tickets.
What is a Sealed Ticket?+
Sealed Tickets mean you can only download your tickets 24 hours before the event starts via your purchase confirmation.
What happens if I have an early entrance ticket?+
Early entrance tickets only grant access before 15:00. You cannot enter after this time with that ticket type.
Are lockers available at the venue?+
Yes, lockers are available to rent on the festival grounds.
Do I need a physical ID to enter?+
Yes, a valid ID is mandatory; a copy is not sufficient.
