Both a singer and composer, Chazil Adlene Bahloul embodies a musical identity deeply rooted in the heart of Algeria. Born in Constantine, he developed his passion for music in the soul of his childhood neighborhood, the Casbah. His voice is both melancholy and hopeful, echoing the deep emotions of Algeria. Chazil draws inspiration from traditional Algerian songs, ranging from Aïssaoua and Malouf to Chaâbi and Raï. Exploring international styles like Flamenco, Fado, and Reggae, he creates an innovative and universal sound that has seduced audiences internationally.
