A celebration of the life and music of Brooklyn-born R&B princess Aaliyah. This special event features a live band performing her greatest hits under the musical direction of Taja Cheek, known as L’Rain. The evening includes DJ sets, dancers, and moving testimonials. It is presented as part of the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! festival, New York City’s longest-running free outdoor performing arts series.
