The Stockholm-based band Dina Ögon returns to BIRD with their most extensive work yet, the double album Människobarn. Known for their unique blend of soul, jazz, indie pop, and Scandinavian folk, the group delivers intimate songwriting paired with rich arrangements and a signature warm sound. On Människobarn, lead singer Anna Ahnlund shifts her lyrical focus inward, exploring themes of relationships, life, and loss. The music moves between euphoria and melancholy, showcasing a band that has found a clear home base where various influences melt into recognizable grooves and layered instrumentation.
