A nostalgic synthpop night.
Formed in 2001 by Nathan Cooper and Chi Tudor-Hart, British synth-pop outfit The Modern evolved from their early moniker Dirty Blonde after welcoming singer Emma Cooke in 2003. Expanding their sound with additional production and synths, the group made waves in the mid-2000s under Mercury Records before continuing independently.
