Le Beau Dimanche
An open-air, underground afrobeat night.
As summer arrives, the Barboteur boat takes over its Sunday quarters in Pantin. For this sixth edition of Beau Dimanche, the venue invites Chief Udoh to the waterfront for an afternoon of rhythm and community. Chief Udoh Essiet, a master percussionist, singer, and composer, brings his natural and organic sound to the stage. Performing tracks from his album 'Afrobeat Highlife Crossing', he blends his musical heritage with creativity to bridge Highlife rhythms and Afrobeat. Playing on handmade congas and Nigerian talking drums, his music is designed to nourish both body and spirit in a warm, festive atmosphere.
