LOCnificent returns for its 8th annual celebration under the theme ELEVATED, honoring natural hair, culture, and community. The day-long festival features a signature runway showcase celebrating locs and natural styles, live performances, NYC DJs spinning Caribbean and African rhythms, an artisan marketplace of Black- and Brown-owned businesses, and community awards.
