The Austin Civic Orchestra opens its 2026-27 season with Flights of Fantasy, an afternoon celebrating storytelling and orchestral music. The concert features tuba concerto competition winner Ethyn Evans performing Ralph Vaughan Williams's Concerto in F Minor, Samuel Barber's Night Flight, Pinar Toprak's Captain Marvel score, and Bruce Adolphe's whimsical Carnival of the Creatures with narration by Sara Hickman.
