Tonight, Cinetol hosts a double celebration: the 10th anniversary of the Knekelhuis label and the release party for Bernardino Femminielli’s new album, ‘Mémoires d’un Auto-Sabotage’. Bernardino Femminielli performs as a hyper-sexual provocateur, blending mysticism and transgression through sounds ranging from classical arrangements to brutal Italo-disco and industrial music. His work explores dystopian themes narrated in French and Spanish. Joining the lineup is Helen Island, a Paris-based artist known for her alternative pop music that reflects the digital world with a characteristic bedroom production style featuring processed vocals and cut-up genres.
