À l'occasion des Fiestas Patrias, fête nationale du Chili, La Terrasse Latino met le Chili à l'honneur pour l'une des dernières grandes célébrations de l'été au Cabaret Sauvage. Plus qu'une fête, cette soirée est une invitation à célébrer la culture chilienne et à retrouver l'ambiance chaleureuse d'une fonda chilena. L'événement se déploie sur trois espaces : une terrasse open air transformée en fonda chilena de 20h à 2h, la péniche Barco Latino avec ses DJ sets et animations, et le chapiteau du Cabaret Sauvage transformé en club de minuit à 5h30. Au programme : cours de salsa, démonstrations de Cueca (danse nationale du Chili), initiation au reggaeton et stands de gastronomie traditionnelle.
