nimino is a compelling figure in the electronic music scene, gaining significant recognition with his 2024 hit 'I Only Smoke When I Drink,' which amassed over 250 million streams and charted on the UK Singles Chart. Following the release of his 'Creek' EP in 2025, he has continued to build momentum through a series of successful singles. Performing under the moniker nimino, producer Milo Evans' journey began in his teenage years. Initially using loop-stitching on a laptop to manage his ADHD, he developed his skills and style throughout his music technology studies. He first gained public attention in 2013 with a unique, down-tempo take on the Pixies' 'Where Is My Mind.' His creative process often includes projects like his 'songs for people you may know' series, where he engages fans by building tracks from their real-time creative input.
