Η 21η Γιορτή Μελιού & Σούμας διοργανώνεται από τον Πολιτιστικό Σύλλογο Σιαννών «Η Βρασία» στην κεντρική πλατεία του Αγίου Παντελεήμονα στα Σιάννα Ρόδου. Οι επισκέπτες θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να παρακολουθήσουν την παραδοσιακή διαδικασία απόσταξης της σούμας στο καζάνι, να δοκιμάσουν ποικιλίες τοπικού μελιού και να απολαύσουν δωρεάν παραδοσιακά κεράσματα όπως μελεκούνι, δίπλες, λουκουμάδες, χαλβά, γιαούρτι με μέλι και φρεσκοαποσταγμένη σούμα.
