Pianist Nikola Meeuwsen, winner of the 2025 Queen Elisabeth Competition, makes his debut with the Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest performing Rachmaninoff, the music that first inspired him at age six. The program features Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto and Tchaikovsky's Fifth Symphony. Having being inspired by Vladimir Horowitz's rendition of Rachmaninoff as a child, Meeuwsen has risen to international acclaim, performing in major concert halls from São Paulo to Shanghai.
