An underground jazz night.
Ben Solomon is a talented saxophonist with a rich musical background. Inspired by jazz legends such as John Coltrane and Miles Davis, he began his journey at age 10. After moving to New York in 2012, Ben toured with Wallace Roney's band for five years, collaborating with icons like Ron Carter and Gary Bartz. His career highlights include performing at Chick Corea's 75th birthday residency at the Blue Note and playing with the Brown University Jazz Ensembles. A Berklee College of Music graduate, Ben is also the author of "Chromatophores," a book of modulation etudes for saxophone, and is currently developing a new book of duets for piano and sax.
