The Sorcerers are an instrumental ensemble from Leeds inspired by the golden age of ethio-jazz, blending a cinematic quality with hypnotic grooves. Captivated by the vibrant Addis Ababa scene of the 1960s and 1970s, they fuse multi-layered melodies, swirling textures, and deep rhythms to create music that is both timeless and strikingly contemporary. Described by DistritoJazz as one of the most innovative formations in contemporary ethio-jazz, the band moves fluidly between cosmic library funk, spiritual jazz, and evocative cinematic soundscapes for an immersive live experience. This marks their first-ever concert in Poland.
