Op zaterdag 16 januari 2027 sluit The Gathering met Anneke van Giersbergen de jubileumtour rond ‘Mandylion’ af met een eenmalige en exclusieve show in AFAS Live. Na 29 wereldwijde optredens komt de originele bezetting nog eenmaal samen voor een uitgebreide avond gewijd aan de albums ‘Mandylion’ en ‘Nighttime Birds’. Deze platen vormden een mijlpaal in de atmosferische metal. Tijdens dit slotconcert viert ‘Nighttime Birds’ zijn dertigste verjaardag. De band belooft een extra lange setlist met nummers die zelden live te horen zijn.
