A raw french pop night.
Pomme takes sole creative control of her music for the first time on her fifth album, following previous records co-produced alongside Waxx, Albin de la Simone and Flavien Berger. On stage and in the studio, she collaborates closely with musicians Michelle Blades, Pauline Denize, Zoé Hochberg and Corentin Ollivier. The new record, titled la forteresse, takes shape across continents during tours and residencies, unfolding in four chapters from childhood to the present through the lens of a fictional half-human, half-bat creature. Influenced by medieval imagery, mythology, and artists ranging from Björk to Kate Bush, the album balances intimate folk arrangements with lush orchestral compositions, recorded live at Studios de la Fabrique.
