An underground folk night.
Luis Firmino’s musical journey was deeply shaped by the cavaquinho, which he received as a gift from his father in 2014. Transitioning from the acoustic guitar, he discovered the solo power of the instrument while performing as a street musician in the Algarve region. These formative experiences in public spaces allowed him to build an authentic connection with audiences and led to the creation of his first original compositions, such as “Graças”. Beyond his solo work, Firmino is a key member and composer for the collective Acácia Maior.
