Thursday Night Jazz presents a live concert headlined by Gina Benalcázar-López, an Ecuadorian-Honduran-American low brass specialist and composer. Accomplished in straight-ahead jazz, Latin-jazz, and classical arrangements, she directs her Latin-jazz ensemble La Orquesta Esa and performs original works from her discography, including compositions from her grant-funded debut album The BOUNCE.
