A special Haarlem showcase takes over the Roode Bioscoop as Pletterij programmer Arno Duivestein curates an evening of music from the Haarlem scene. The night features three distinct acts: a jazz ensemble led by young drummer Teunis Loot, currently studying in New York; beat poet Joshua Baumgarten performing with bassist Bruno Ferro Xavier da Silva; and the bluegrass duo Biko and Hugo. The Haarlem music community has a rich history of jazz, folk, and pop. This performance highlights the modern revitalization of these scenes, bringing the creative energy of Haarlem to the heart of Amsterdam.
