La deuxième journée du Festival Jazz Nouvelle-Orléans à la Goutte d’Or est consacrée aux traditions et à la culture de La Nouvelle-Orléans. Le programme comprend une offre gastronomique locale, une masterclass d'improvisation avec le Dr Jean Montes, une rencontre de storytelling avec Grayhawk Perkins, et un concert de clôture réunissant Robin Barnes et NOLA French Connection.
