Todd Anthony Shaw, better known as Too $hort, is a legendary West Coast rapper and producer from Los Angeles. Since the early 1980s, he has been a prolific figure in the hip-hop scene, achieving multiple RIAA Gold and Platinum certifications for albums like 'Born to Mack', 'Get in Where You Fit In', and 'Cocktails'. Known for his lyrical wordplay and as a pioneer of the West Coast movement, he has collaborated with major artists including Snoop Dogg and Chris Brown, and has performed at festivals such as Coachella. Beyond music, Shaw runs Up All Nite Records, has appeared in films like Menace II Society, and mentors at-risk youth through the Youth Uprising organization.
