The second edition of What a Wonderful World, GAG!'s sonic series exploring the realms of jazz and beyond. This installment brings together Rue Jacobs, Mo0d, and Calycosa for a night at Harun Coffee's speakeasy room, which is designed to optimize the musical experience. We welcome you to Leimert Park to support local musicians in this immersive sonic environment. Mo0d is a free jazz band based in Los Angeles. Calycosa is a Los Angeles–based jazz and improvisational quartet featuring vocalist and flutist Aankha Neal, keyboardists Salenta and Qur’an Shaheed, and drummer Tommaso Cappellato, creating music that unfolds in the moment.
