Ba'sik Jam Session
A homegrown, underground jazz night.
Originally founded in 2012, the Ba’sik Jazz Jam Session is a longstanding Brooklyn tradition curated and hosted by saxophonist Matt La Von. Now held at Kato Sake Works and presented with Keyed Up Jazz, the session welcomes instrumentalists and vocalists of all skill levels to sit in on classic jazz repertoire in an organized, welcoming setting.
