Schmaltz & Pepper presents a performance blending klezmer, Yiddish swing, jazz, and chamber music. The ensemble performs original works and inventive arrangements rooted in Yiddish musical traditions, combining classical precision with jazz improvisation. The group features clarinetist Eric Abramovitz, multi-instrumentalist Drew Jurecka, violinist and vocalist Rebekah Wolkstein, bassist Michael Herring, and pianist Jeremy Ledbetter.
