Momma is the New York-based musical project of Allegra Weingarten and Etta Friedman. Originally from Los Angeles, the duo expanded their sound with the addition of producer and bassist Aron Kobayashi Ritch and drummer Preston Fulks. Their music features hook-heavy guitar lines and intricate, boisterous rhythms characterized by fuzzed-out distortion. Their latest album, Welcome to My Blue Sky, explores the complexities of romantic experiences and the art of secrecy.
