Passion Pit & Arden Jones
Michael Angelakos originally created Passion Pit as a college project to make music for his friends to dance to. The Boston-based electronic pop act gained widespread recognition with the 2008 EP Chunk of Change and its hit single Sleepyhead. Their full-length albums Manners and Gossamer received critical acclaim, with Take a Walk becoming a multi-platinum success. Known for a masterful use of synthesizers, the project has also become a platform for Angelakos to advocate for mental health awareness. The current live lineup features Angelakos alongside Giuliano Pizzulo, Eric Scullin, Denzel Cox, and Ben Barter.
