Cleveland Watkiss presents Black Ancestral Sound System. Britain's leading jazz vocalist and co-founder of the Jazz Warriors, Cleveland Watkiss combines samplers, digital technology, and the human voice to create orchestral soundscapes. His performance moves between musical cultures, switching from lead lyrics to bass lines and human beatbox. Joining him is vibraphone legend Orphy Robinson, a major force on the international jazz scene, and gifted double bass player Neil Charles, known for his collaboration with Soweto Kinch.
