Το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει τις μεγάλες επιτυχίες της ερμηνεύτριας καθώς και σπάνια τραγούδια που χάθηκαν στο χρόνο. Ο ερευνητής Θανάσης Γιώγλου πλαισιώνει τη βραδιά με κείμενα και μαρτυρίες για την πορεία της Αλεξίου στην ελληνική μουσική. Η συναυλία πραγματοποιείται στο αμφιθέατρο του Porto Valitsa σε μια μαγευτική παραθαλάσσια τοποθεσία.
