Mirabelle Gilis & Leander Lyons
An underground, slow-burn art pop night.
A Wednesday night of art-pop, chamber pop and indie folk at Jamboree with Mirabelle Gilis and Leander Lyons. Mirabelle Gilis delivers a striking live performance where violin, electronics and raw trio energy fuse into a cinematic, emotionally charged sound. She crafts songs that balance intimacy and intensity, drawing on indie, art-pop and chamber influences. With lyrics co-written with Christophe Miossec and Marcel Kanche, her music carries a restrained yet powerful emotional weight. Her debut EP 'Rivières' was released in 2024, with a first LP expected this year. Leander Lyons is an American artist whose tortured indie folk is carried by a rich bass-baritone voice, delicate guitar playing, and the expressive violin of Mirabelle Gilis. After extensive touring across the UK and Europe, Leander's music now finds a new focus as he performs under his own name, with a debut album set for release later this year.
