QNCC's wellness program Downtempo returns to support community members working in nightlife with bodywork, yoga, acupuncture, and calm communal spaces. The session features healing touch led by Kento Spanos, a yoga flow led by Will Farris accompanied by a live ambient set from Pure Immanence and sound design by subBASS Sound System, plus an acupuncture clinic by The Rooted Refuge.
