L'Histoire du soldat — IJ-Salon
Het verhaal van een vioolspelende soldaat die de duivel te slim af is, betovert al een eeuw lang het publiek. De multidisciplinaire artiest Hamza Badi maakt speciaal voor deze editie een nieuwe enscenering. Badi is een hedendaagse kunstenaar uit Marokko. Zijn werk beweegt zich tussen kunst en activisme via visuele media, video’s en digitale content. In zijn lezing van L’Histoire du Soldat zal ongetwijfeld ook zijn activistische kant doorschemeren. Tegenover Stravinsky zet programmeur Hein Wiedijk een werk van de Nederlandse pianist en componist Thomas Beijer. Wiedijk heeft het in opdracht gegeven als hommage aan zijn favoriete vakantiebestemming: Levanto.
