Stewart Curtis is a versatile British jazz & klezmer multi-reeds instrumentalist known for his innovative world music ensembles. He has toured with Mari Wilson and the Wilsations, and recorded with Nik Kershaw, Tracey Ullman, and many others. After his beginnings in jazz, he diversified towards his roots, playing Klezmer and World music originally with Gregory Schechter’s Klezmer Festival Band then forming his own ensemble K-Groove (aka Klezmer Groove). His current band Klezmer without Borders features tracks from his previous albums plus new compositions.
