De Zuid-Koreaanse cellist, componist en improvisator Okkyung Lee verkent al ruim 25 jaar grensverleggende experimentele muziek. Haar stijl varieert van rauwe technieken tot verstilde melodieën, met invloeden uit noise, klassiek, jazz en Koreaanse traditie. In samenwerking met Bozar en Le Guess Who presenteert zij haar nieuwe compositie 'gyeol', waarin ze samenspeelt met traditionele Zuid-Koreaanse instrumenten zoals de gayageum, haegeum en daegeum.
