A raw, nostalgic opera night.
Countertenor Philippe Jaroussky presents a new Vivaldi challenge at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées. Accompanied by his Ensemble Artaserse, he performs two of the composer's most famous sacred works, the Stabat Mater and Nisi Dominus, alongside a selection of opera arias. This brilliant evening on Avenue Montaigne celebrates the work of the "Red Priest" through one of his most dedicated modern interpreters.
